Exchange policy:


1 - Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product. He is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven days have passed, with the exception of orders that were manufactured according to the consumer’s needs.

2 - In order to exchange a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product. To the shipping company, in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

3- The store has the right to modify the size of the design in proportion to the duration of the delivery time, and the consumer does not have the right to extend the period after the start of manufacturing.


4- Orders that are manufactured within a short period have defects that cannot be replaced.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


1 - If the product was manufactured based on consumer demand and embroidery measurements tied over time.


2 - If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

3 - If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other things considered literature.


4 - If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.


5 - If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.


6 - If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.


Return policy:


1 - To return a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

2 - The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


3- This excludes orders that were manufactured to the consumer’s request.


The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

3 - If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other things considered literature.


4 - If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
